SoftWhere.uz ("we") is a software development studio in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This page explains what data our website collects, why, and what happens to it. We collect the minimum needed to reply to your enquiry — nothing more.

What we collect

The site stores personal data only when you submit a form. The contact form collects your name, phone number, and an optional message. The project estimator's request form collects your name, phone number, an optional comment, your preferred contact method, and the project configuration you assembled (project type, features, the free-text project description you typed, and the price estimate). We do not collect email addresses and we do not store your IP address (it is used transiently for rate limiting only). Browsing the site requires no account.

How we use it

Form submissions are used for one purpose: replying to your enquiry. Each submission is also forwarded as a notification to our team's Telegram chat, so Telegram is a recipient of the data you submit. We do not run marketing mailings and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our database hosted on Neon (serverless Postgres), and the site runs on Vercel's hosting platform. Both act as infrastructure processors for the data above.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — cookieless, aggregate product analytics served from our own domain. There are no advertising trackers, no Google Analytics, no Yandex Metrica, and no cross-site tracking on this site.

Cookies and local storage

The only cookie set for visitors is NEXT_LOCALE, a functional cookie that remembers your language choice. Admin session cookies exist only for site administrators. Your theme preference and currency choice are kept in your browser's local storage, and the estimator draft in session storage (cleared when you close the tab) — none of it ever leaves your device.

AI processing in the estimator

To produce a price estimate, the project configuration — including the free-text project description you type — is processed by our AI providers (Moonshot AI and DeepSeek). Your name and phone number are never sent to them. Please do not put personal data into the project description field.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Write to kamuranbek98@gmail.com or call +998 33 249-91-11 and we will handle it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, we will update this page and the date above.
